Intellectual property
All elements of the site (text, visual identity, logo, layout, code) are the exclusive property of M&A Digital Agency, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Personal data protection (GDPR)
Data controller: Mourad Aissoub (M&A Digital Agency) — contact@madigitalagency.net.
Data collected: via the contact form only — name, email address, type of need and message. No data is collected without your knowledge, and the site builds no advertising profile.
Purpose: to respond to your request and, where applicable, manage the ensuing business relationship.
Legal basis: your consent (voluntary submission of the form) and the publisher's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries.
Recipients: your data is passed solely to the publisher, by email. Processing relies on the host (Hostinger) and an automation tool (n8n) hosted on the publisher's server. No data is transferred, rented or sold to third parties.
Retention: your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal periods.
Your rights: you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@madigitalagency.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies & analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies or trackers, and currently uses no analytics tool. The site's fonts are self-hosted on the publisher's server and involve no connection to any third-party server.
